Arnold Schwarzenegger puts on his tough guy role and leads a group of misfits up against an escaping drug lord. Ray Owens (Schwarzenegger) is having a terrible day off and it just keeps getting worse. The escape of the drug lord Gabriel Cortez (Noriega) seems to be connected to a series of crimes in his small town. Cortez is going to try and cross into Mexico through Ray’s small town. Luckily for Ray his deputies stumble upon the cartel men trying to make a military bridge across a ravine to Mexico. Equally lucky for Ray is Lewis Dinkum (Knoxville) has a collection of all types of weapons. They stock up on weapons and wait for the mystery man to show up. There are some over the top scenes that lowered my rating on this movie but for the most part it was a great Friday Night Action Flick.
