Will Caster (Depp) is a brilliant scientist that works on artificial intelligence but his work is considered by some to be treading on God’s feet. Some extremists decide to make sure his research is put on hold so they shoot Caster. So the next logical step is to put Caster’s mind into a computer and allow it to grow and expand all over the world. I kept expecting the line “Would you like to play a game?” and just get to the War Games story line. This movie seemed to miss on all levels and I could not get drawn into the story or the characters. The movie moved at a sloths pace and the love story between our main characters fell flat on its face. Painful from beginning to end.
