What can I say I have been a fan of the TV show for years and have to admit I liked this movie. Homer befriends a pig and his efforts to dispose of the pigs waste he inadvertently starts a chain reaction of events that lead the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to place a dome over Springfield. What ensues is the regular insane events of the Simpsons crazy lives. The humour is a little raunchier in places but it still delivers a little bit of heart and a bunch of laughs. I loved it when the dome is first being flown over top of Springfield. We see the people from Church come outside and the people from Moe’s Tavern come outside, upon witnessing this dome overhead the people from the bar run to church and the people from church run to the bar.
